1. Return conditions
At Legend Living we have a cooling-off period of 14 days. To receive a full refund, it is important to return your product in its original condition, in the original packaging and undamaged. This way we can make someone else happy with a new product.

2. How does returns/exchanges work?
You can easily request a return via your account. Log in to your account and complete the following steps:
1. Enter your email address in the *Email* field and then click *Continue*.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
5. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
6. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
7. Click on *Request a return*. If your return request is approved and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. -
3. Are returns free?
Are you not completely satisfied with your order? No problem, you can return your order within 14 days. The costs for returning are for the customer
The package must be returned in its original packaging. If the returned package does not meet the requirements, the costs will be borne by the customer.

4. What is my return status?
You will receive an email from us when we have an update about your return. Even if we have questions about your return, we will always ask them by email.
The processing of your return can take up to 10 days. -
5. Sofas and cupboards
Benches and cabinets can only be returned when they can be returned in an original, unopened and undamaged packaging. When requesting a return, we ask for clear photos of the product.

6. Return under warranty
You can always return a product for warranty within one year if it is defective or if you think it no longer works properly. To be sure, always contact our customer service first. Even though the product is within the warranty period, this does not always mean that the product will also be repaired or replaced under warranty. We have a number of methods to assess a product's warranty. This can be done, for example, on the basis of photos or having the product physically checked. We always try to take your unique situation into account.
