1. Delivery time
We do everything we can to deliver the package to your home as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 7 days, as we are always dependent on our carrier. Since products often come from different suppliers, delivery times between products in an order may differ. Depending on the product, delivery time can vary from the next working day to your home, a few days to 7 days. Therefore, keep a close eye on your track & trace code.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking link with which you can track your package online.
Please note that it may take a while for the tracking link to work. -
2. Track order
track your orderAfter your order, we will keep you informed of all steps in our delivery process. You will receive an email with a track and trace code. The order can be tracked with this code.

3. Shipping options
We ship our customers' orders with different carriers, depending on the type of product and the size of the order we select the right carrier. As a customer you don't have to do anything for this.
Do you receive multiple tracking numbers? This means that your delivery consists of multiple boxes. -
4. Not at home, what now?
Our carriers will always try to deliver the package to your neighbors if possible. If that doesn't work, they will try again at a later time. The carrier always leaves a message with further information. You can then schedule a new delivery appointment.

5. I haven't received anything yet
Have you not received anything yet? Always check the Track & Trace code first. It is possible that your order has been delayed by the carrier. Is the status of your order delivered? Then your order has probably been delivered to one of your neighbors (the neighbors are also neighbors).
Is your package really lost, does the Track & Trace code provide no further information and has the delivery time been exceeded by at least 1 working day? Please contact us and we will look into it further for you! -
6. Incomplete order
No matter how carefully we pack our products, it can always happen that the package or products are damaged during transport. In such a case, immediately take photos of the damage to the package and, if necessary, to the products in the package and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will find a suitable solution together!

7. Do you also deliver on weekends?
Yes, we also deliver on Saturdays. After your order we will keep you informed about the delivery. You will receive an email with a track and trace code.

8. Do you also deliver in the evening?
No, we deliver during the week and on Saturdays during the day. Are you not at home during the day? Our carrier will then always try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If that doesn't work, they will try again at a later time. Of course we are happy to think along with you, please contact us if you have any questions about deliveries.

9. Can I pick up my order?
It is not possible to collect your order. Do you not want your order delivered to your home, for example because it is a gift? Please contact us, we are happy to think along with you!
